Conditions of Use:

The library collection is only available to NECPWA Members.It is envisaged, since most of the pre-war material is in loose leaf form, that photocopies will be provided of requested material, for which a small charge may be made to cover the cost of photocopying and postage.

For other material, where the originals are provided, a maximum loan period of of one calendar month will be allowed, after which the material must be returned or fines will be imposed and the deposit lost. A refundable deposit is required, the value of which will be on a sliding scale, depending upon the rarity and value of the material borrowed, again, the borrower is expected to pay all postage costs.

Should there be an unexpected demand for particular information, or the borrower wish to keep material, specific details should be provided and photocopies will be made, again the borrower will be expected to pay the cost of the photocopying and postage.
